Hi yasser..grand istana rama not so far from airport need 30 minutes from there but if traffigt jumpa may be more. About transfer you can get taxi airport in from off airport about 100.000 to 150.000 indonesian rupiah equivalent 10 usd. If you are a solo traveller you can get online transport such as grab car or go car but not available at airport area you can walk to mosque near airport from there you can order online transport about price more cheaper than taxi...but if you are family traveller i sugest to take taxi airport cause more confidence and simple....happy pleasure at bali...
